I thought from the beginning that Platinum were very friendly but at the same time equally professional.
It was disappointing that the original buyer dropped out, but eventually they did find someone who we feel will love the property which was very important to us.
Without fail Platinum always responded to our questions which compared with a lot of agents in the UK was always an issue to us. The revised 1% fee also helped in making Platinum the right choice for us.
