I count myself lucky that Lyal and his team at Platinum Properties on La Finca Golf were the agents listing the property I wanted. Buying a property from overseas was daunting until the day we spoke and video chatted with Lyal. 

He very quickly became our trusted advisor on the buying process and handled all our questions, concerns and ignorance (of the spanish processes) with professionalism, grace and efficiency. He helped move the transaction along to a tight deadline despite the pandemic and both parties were extremely pleased. 

Even though it was several months before we could travel to our new property, we knew Lyal had everything in order and were never concerned. He provided excellent advice and arranged works for us to be done while travel was restricted. 

He kept us up to date on progress and provided lots of pictures by email and What’s App of the progress, all of which were fantastic and meant when we visited it was all done and at a very fair price. 

That’s 5 stars in my book and I continue to keep a good friendship with Platinum Properties- very handy people to have on your side!
