I thought the sale of my property on La Finca would take a lot of time, effort and hassle. I was most surprised at how painless it was, largely thanks to Lyal hand holding my parents (face to face) and I (remotely) through the process.

Checking back on e-mails, it was less than three months from initial enquiry to completion. The house sold within days of being listed and I received the exact price I wanted for it. They intuitively seem to have a handle on the market, managing expectations well, cutting to the chase on negotiations which I really liked, all handled professionally with good humour.
